The main focus of today’s competitive business environment is leadership. upliftment our society through generations has gone the various leadership styles, yet despite contributions and investment in development, there a fall qualities Leaders create empowering organizational cultures that produce long-term successful outcomes. Organizational performance more likely to be influenced by styles culture prevailing environment. Hence, this study examines influence on employees chemical companies.
